I work in NETSPEND Department of TSYS so my review is more specific to this department -
The best part of the company is that not only they say employee first, but they deeply mean it.
From day 1 to this day I have lots of extraordinary experiences -
1. RECRUITMENT > They pay special attention towards the recruitment process, they believe in taking the best of best, I have seen that it took 5 months to fill just 2 position, the process is really refined and quality is their main criteria.
2. HR Interaction > Most probably, the HR who would be dealing with you for recruitment would be so humble in nature, that it will make you more comfortable going forward with the process.
3. FUN Activities > They really take very good care of the employees, you will feel that something is always going on throughout the year, you are getting gifts, going out for trips, team building activities and lots and lots of things.
4. Maximum of managers are really amazing in their own way, chances are quite less that you would feel frustrated because of them, each of the managers tries to help you in achieving your personal goal in terms of learning....Read More

If there are pros, there are cons also -
1. Monotonous work - Because you are dealing with a product base company, you don't get to work on the new tech always, there are few lucky fellas in the Infra team who are blessed with new work every time.
2. Salary/Appraisal - They get you in with a good package, but then the sad reality isthat, they get you down from the market standards very quickly so staying here for a longer period of time is really questionable, to the career growth.
Please please please I place a humble urge to the management, don't force us to quite just because of compensation part, we really wanna stay, but not at the cost of my career growth, you hire the best and then you don't give the monetary benefits post hiring, this is really never expected out of NETSPEND.
If at all feed back matters you really need to work on your appraisal system, it needs a remarkable amount of improvements....Read More
