Initial it was really good but from 2022 everything changed.

No work life balance and there is no any confirm policy. They will change policy according to situation which will be favorable to them. They gives very low hike and they is no extra benefits. They will fire people if they didn't agreed to work for extra hours on Saturday Sunday.

If u r a fresher then this company is the best company. I mean it may be a small start up company but in this company u can learn all, and u can do hand's on experience and for fresher they r giving satisfied salary and all the team leader's were friendly but few were strict but that strict is inside the company only. They won't carry that outside.

You will get to grasp a lot of things in short period of time because of numerous exposure to different kind of projects simultaneously. And you will also be expected to learn both frontend and backend part as per the need.

Extremely bad management be it in case of project time management or in case of choosing right technology for a particular project.Deadlines are too short for tons of load of work. No respect for personal time - company will make you work in holidays or even in leaves. Technologies used are quite old.

Highly insecure, lots or employee were sacked-off on immediate notice. No clarification on How long the salary cut will go on and when the past month's salary cut will be reimbursed. No activity or session to buildup employee confidence and morale. No working time everybody working 12-16 hrs. or more just to save the job in this situation. This is my first work place and had a terrible experience, was promised 3.5 Lpa after 6 month which was supposed to be from the first day... But later made false escalation of work and said performance is not good and did not provide the promised package. Was also working under a terrible manager.. Who never took a blame and always blamed freshers for his mistake.. A really bad work culture... H R is unimaginable... She is terrible than the manager...
