Dislikes
No work life balance and there is no any confirm policy. They will change policy according to situation which will be favorable to them. They gives very low hike and they is no extra benefits. They will fire people if they didn't agreed to work for extra hours on Saturday Sunday.

This is my first work place and had a terrible experience, was promised 3.5 Lpa after 6 month which was supposed to be from the first day... But later made false escalation of work and said performance is not good and did not provide the promised package. Was also working under a terrible manager.. Who never took a blame and always blamed freshers for his mistake.. A really bad work culture... H R is unimaginable... She is terrible than the manager...
