The organization offers excellent opportunities to learn and grow especially for beginners. The scope is vast and you will have the opportunity to get exposed to various activities in your department that you won't normally find in many organizations. Work-life balance is also excellent due to flexible, yet quirky, work timings. Work pressure is very minimal and work nature will be versatile.

Right from job security to appraisals and job security to work satisfaction, everything is downright poor. Appraisals are not done as per policy but under the discretion of the management. Most often than not, your job security will be questioned irrespective of your performance. As a result, you will be placed under a lot of stressand career growth is out of the window. Work culture is toxic as politics among employees plays a major role. Employee engagement activities almost never happen. Poor management by top executives who are reluctant to take ownership and are ready to blame low-level executives at the first opportunity they get. The role I was initially hired for was very exciting and had a lot of scope. It involved restructuring the entire HR department for the clients and also had opportunities to travel. Client handling is one of the major benefits of the role.
