Right from job security to appraisals and job security to work satisfaction, everything is downright poor. Appraisals are not done as per policy but under the discretion of the management. Most often than not, your job security will be questioned irrespective of your performance. As a r esult, you will be placed under a lot of stress and career growth is out of the window. Work culture is toxic as politics among employees plays a major role. Employee engagement activities almost never happen. Poor management by top executives who are reluctant to take ownership and are ready to blame low-level executives at the first opportunity they get. Most important of all, salaries don't get credited at the right time and don't expect any explanation regarding the delay....Read More

Work Details

The role I was initially hired for was very exciting and had a lot of scope. It involved restructuring the entire HR department for the clients and also had opportunities to travel. Client handling is one of the major benefits of the role.
