Sometimes you will face politics or feel favoritism. Salary is less. There might be times, when there is policy change in company, and you are informed that your new salary is decreased as much increment you were supposed to get this year. But that was just one time, other than that it is a good company.

Alot of office politics, Favouritism is there. No big projects. Coward, incapable, egoistic, self obsessed Managers like Hitesh and other management leaders have ruined prestigious projects of the company. There is no vision, roadmap they have of their own. They are just puppets of the client. They are calling employees to the office but managers, HR themselves don't come.
