They play with the policies and they to fire you over the project is over. Else they'll ask you to come to the office even when you agreed to work from home in the interview

Alot of office politics, Favouritism is there. No big projects. Coward, incapable, egoistic, self obsessed Managers like Hitesh and other management leaders have ruined prestigious projects of the company. There is no vision, roadmap they have of their own. They are just puppets of the client. They are calling employees to the office but managers, HR themselves don't come.
