Here completely about the micro management and here one region people will survive and they will get all the perks and all the benefits, even without working. And here there is no work -life balance

From the time i joined i have had a very good experience. The company is good and you have unlimited onsite opportunity. The work culture is very good and the company was providing free food and takes a good care about its employees.

THBS is good organisation to work. I dint see any pressure but due to that employees are happily working there. Work life balance quite good.. they are calling people since 1.5 years but not forced to come office for 3day. You can do WFH anytime. Giving salary quite good variables getting on time. Promotion - it's completely your performance, years you worked in thbs and main thing is there you should have godfather. Job security- generaly people says thbs has great job security. But I heard 30+ people laid off in May to June period. Skill development- you can develop your skill on your own. But if you gain that skill thbs is open for you. I am quite satisfy with my work. Promotion does not follow any rule. The Yes men/women get promoted. Even a 20 plus years experienced person with High performance was made to report to a lady with 15 years of experience who is surviving because of a relative in higher management.
