Promotion does not follow any rule. The Yes men/women get promoted. Even a 20 plus years experienced person with High performance was made to report to a lady with 15 years of experience who is surviving because of a relative in higher management. Lot of partially in the promotion. Regional feeling is cropping in now a days. Companyculture has changed a lot. Senior management are taking decision blindly.
