TLC is not proving any support in this lockdown. The HR force me to take unpaid leave to 17 march to 31 march. Today is 9 April I have not get my salary as well.

Dislikes

I don't like the management HR policy they are not proving PF detection and medical facility.

I have working with TLC as customer care executive and I an not getting transport benefits. I have to work 6 days in week and it very difficult to travel, As a executive I am facing financial issue as well.

Partiality among the team is the negative thing about the company,As a sales executive I had experience the new comers has given a priority than the experienced one,And Manager also keeps on comparing employees with new ones who has no work knowledge, which demotivate old employee.
