The operators operate pathetic there is also rumours about drivers paying operators for loads so that they don't have to do local loads so some driver get favourite And also that HR Savanah she only answers queries that benifits her or something that she wants to deal with but other then that she doesn't answer here phone or she keeps saying that she is busy it has been 3 months and I'm still waiting for this Savanah woman to deal with the query about my and she also tried to rob me with my off days... I don't like the fact that some drivers get favoured over others... And the fact that as a driver the company wants you to do local loads but you don't get paid for it you have to do it for free

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
