They won't give any benefits no accident compensation even if it occurred in industry HR is a brainless fellow they just try to make you work hard but pay very less they won't recognise your hardwork there are some permanent employees who don't work at all but they will put pressure on trainees here trainee is nothing but just a labour for them they won't think about your qualifications and give work accordingly they just use u as a labour...Read More

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?
