Only misbehave there, project managers doesn't support you at all and just use you for blaming. MD is not give you approval for project on time and in last he blames you for that and just say I am handling 90 project you can't handle and use so disturbing words. Only Salary is on time. Else Culture is Really like a Road side Techie.. So Overall Zero Rating. I will Give Minus Rating as well if that will be available. No Work Culture. No Personal Life. No Ethics. Harras Language even used By Management. (I.e. Utha k Fenk duga, Gala Kaat duga, ye kaam mera 6 saal ka beta kar skta h.. or bhi bahut kuch..) You will wait in front of Management for 2 Hrs, 3 Hrs. No Work Life Balance. No Support will be provided your your team Leader. because he will also scary and feel same like us.
