The company is good. However, the management is very poor.

Dislikes

The managers force their hard working employees to put down the papers and if the staff denies, The management puts the staff on a PIP. Still if the employee continues to work hard, the management then approaches to the outsiders/ the suppliers the company works with, to write a complain email about their hard working staff so that,the company can terminate those hard working employees.
