This is purely a hire-n-fire company, they work on "kam khatam, banda khatam". They seriously hire people & fire them. No gratitude, no respect for employee. Company's MD & COO treat you like slave. Salary k badle me unhone tumko khareed liya hai. Har ek conversation me, tumko dhamkayenge, dikhayenge k, "hum tumko salary de rhe hai", despite of all your efforts. Subha wo log mood bana k aate hai k, aaj 04-bando ko pailna hai. Or agr nai pail pate hai to rat me jaate waqt regret karte hai k, "aaj ki employee ki salary free me chali gayi". Aap COO k cabin k aage khade rehte hai din bhar & wo bolte hai "boss, baad me aana, abi time nai hai". Matlab aap unke kam k liye, unki company k kam k liye, khud ko bejjat karwate hai, unke cabin k aage khade hoke "bheek mangte" hai approval kr do XYZ task pe. Magar mazal hai, wo approval kar de. I have joined this company last year. They showed me some bright side of them, like they are working with Turnkey Aviation. But there is no work like that which is available. Once you join, any specific work can be given to you, which is also not relevant to you. If you need a suggestion, no one has any idea about it. Management is also not good; if you need any specific support or approval from them, you have to wait a minimum of 2–3 hours in a single day, and around 10–15 times you have to go for time slot availability, and sometimes you will have to stand in front of the cabin for 30 minutes like a poor worker. Even though they will see you from the cabin, they will not give you time for your 2–5 minutes approval. If the work is not completed on time due to approval, they will question you: why didn’t you come here for approval? You will say, 'I came, but you were busy.' Then they will ask, 'Why didn’t you inform on Teams, WhatsApp, and personal messages?' which they also read. Then they will say things like, 'Boss, next time ye sab hua, you will lost your job,' or 'We might need to reconsider your position if this persist, or There may be a better fit elsewhere if this isn’t the right role for you. They will say things like, Ye sab mera 6 saal ka beta kar sakta hai. Take this blank paper.just write your resignation and go outside. And many more bla-bla-bla. But they will not give timely approval to you because they will be busy in showing off that they are busy. So, my suggestion is only that please treat your employees like assets, not like poor worker or Badhuaa Majdoor, which Three D is currently doing. Or hire a personal assistant who can give time slots to employees according to your availability. Employees are working here for his family problems , financial problems, etc. that's why they are here. But if management will treat like this no one will think for a single minute for this like road side shop and hire n fire culture and will leave you n your shop on same time same day....Read More

Only Salary is on time. Else Culture is Really like a Road side Techie.. So Overall Zero Rating. I will Give Minus Rating as well if that will be available. No Work Culture. No Personal Life. No Ethics. Harras Language even used By Management. (I.e. Utha k Fenk duga, Gala Kaat duga, ye kaam mera 6 saal ka beta kar skta h.. or bhi bahut kuch..) You will wait in front of Management for 2 Hrs, 3 Hrs. No Work Life Balance. No Support will be provided your your team Leader. because he will also scary and feel same like us.
