PPC Head For Heavy Fabrication Batch Manufacturing

We have urgent hiring for PPC (Production Planning & Control) Senior Manager for Ghiloth Neemrana location.

Key Responsibilities:

Production Planning: Develop schedules based on demand forecasts.
Material & Inventory Management: Ensure raw material availability, optimize stock levels.
Capacity & Resource Allocation: Plan machine utilization & workforce deployment.
Process Monitoring & Control: Track production, identify bottlenecks, and ensure efficiency.
Coordination: Work with Quality, Supply Chain, Procurement & Sales teams.
Cost Optimization: Reduce production costs, implement lean manufacturing.
Reporting & MIS: Monitor KPIs and present insights to management.

Experience: 10-20 years in PPC for heavy fabrication & batch manufacturing.
Technical: ERP, Welding & Fabrication Processes, Lean Manufacturing

Qualifications - B Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
