Manager PPC

Role & responsibilities

1. Candidate must have exposure of Production Planning and its control of textile composite unit and will be going to handle entire production planning and control from (yarn, granules, fibres, TFO, Warping , Weaving , processing made-ups and Nonwovens )
2. PPC from Raw material to fabric dispatch to customer.
   Responsible cross checking available stock (Yarn/ Fabric ) at each level and working on monthly report of each raw material.
3. Weekly and Monthly review meetings with marketing team.
   Checking daily pending orders as per availability of stock and deliver accordingly.
   Daily, Weekly & Monthly MIS.
4. Responsible for understand organizational priorities and conceptualize, design and roll out formal and inform learning interventions.
5. Candidate must have strong verbal and written communication skills with experience preparing training and development communications.
6. Making Monthly and quarterly Production plan.
   

Preferred candidate profile

B. Tech - Textile, with minimum 10+ years, Textile - Manufacturing

Age 40 yrs and above

Baan ERP knowledge will be an advantage.

Location : Wada which is 50 Km from Thane ( Maharashtra)
