They keep conducting training to upskill their resources. It's a flat hierarchy organization, you are not answerable to anyone.

Dislikes

Limited companies as clients. Switching projects is not easy. Work-life balance highly depends on your client. If you are in Bangalore, it's good. For other locations no- team activities & networking.
