Good company for freshers to start their career, salary paid on time, many benefits, fnf settlement on time. Flexible in terms of work timings, hybrid work model. You can have a peacefull life and great work life balance. They have great client base and some really great project. The company has great potential to grow.
Dislikes
Poor employee career path and retention management. Management has less visibility on what's happening at the ground level. If you get use to the culture then forget about learning and career growth.

They assign people on pip when they have no projects to assign. I know a PM who was put on PIP because the PM gave a constructive feedback to the HR Lead while working on an internal HRMS project. And, irrespective of the PIP performance and positive client interview feedback, the PM was laid off as soon as they got the whole HRMS implemented.
