No Valuable projects. No Learnings They project themselves as consulting firm but in reality its just a staffing firm which staff people for different clients and then forget about them. Managers don't have any spine to take stand for the consultants in case if client chronically misbehaves. No Robust KRAs are in place which leads to extreme exploitation from client side.

Good company for freshers to start their career, salary paid on time, many benefits, fnf settlement on time. Flexible in terms of work timings, hybrid work model. You can have a peacefull life and great work life balance. They have great client base and some really great project. The company has great potential to grow.

Dislikes

Poor employee career path and retention management. Management has less visibility on what's happening at the ground level. If you get use to the culture then forget about learning and career growth.
