Horrible place to work. If you want to put an end to your career then this is a “Great Place To Work”. The leadership doesn’t support the employees- the HR team is the real deal. They assign people on pip when they have no projects to assign. I know a PM who was put on PIP because the PM gave a constructive feedback to the HR Lead while working on an internal HRMS project. And, irrespective of the PIP performance and positive client interview feedback, the PM was laid off as soon as they got the whole HRMS implemented. Neither the co founder nor the manager took a stand for the employee. The HR team is the real real deal here....Read More

No Valuable projects. No Learnings They project themselves as consulting firm but in reality its just a staffing firm which staff people for different clients and then forget about them. Managers don't have any spine to take stand for the consultants in case if client chronically misbehaves. No Robust KRAs are in place which leads to extreme exploitation from client side.

Good company for freshers to start their career, salary paid on time, many benefits, fnf settlement on time. Flexible in terms of work timings, hybrid work model. You can have a peacefull life and great work life balance. They have great client base and some really great project. The company has great potential to grow.

Poor employee career path and retention management. Management has less visibility on what's happening at the ground level. If you get use to the culture then forget about learning and career growth.
