- Severe mismanagement on the part of the so-called "upper management". - Extreme deadlines with no compensation, no compensation for OT. - Management conveniently leaves at 5, other workers are expected to stay up until late even if the work is given at 4:30. Different rules for different people. - No work-life balance, you're expected to work even on weekends and even if you're extremely sick. - Unprofessional behavior is very commonly observed. Upper management often displays questionable behavior by passing inappropriate opinions during work hours. - Underpays and overworks employees. Company has high standards from freshers but won't even provide training for some roles. - Will terminate you at the drop of the hat right after convincing you that your work is up to par. - Will wrongfully report and get your review removed because the company can't digest its own shortcomings....Read More

The team happened to be filled with talented individuals. While the team had good people they also had good for nothing people, the talented individuals happened to be the founders choice and everyone else the HRs.

in the name of work life balance they would parade around, saying do not work on weekends but the organisation's work load wouldn't be handled of people didn't take work home or do it on the weekends. every success is the result of higher ups and every failure is the shortcomings of executives and interns. expectations of giving unrealistic output for outrageously low salary and inability to spend the budget wisely. Even treating their vendors meagrely. The HRs lack of training for dealing with advertising hiring and the presence of 2 HRs in a 15 people team.
