Company work culture is terrible. no communication is passed to the bottom line analyst. Just got to know that in dec the company fired 5 people from the office abrubtly when just few months back raghav made it clear that it is not a HIRE AND A FIRE COMPANY lol this was said in a townhall because he fired the only HR that time lol.In my short stint with the company i saw more than 17-18 people left,fired or forced to accept resignation in a team of just 30 when i started....Read More

The work life balance was really amazing considering that all my friends working complain about how they work for long hours. My senior was really good to me. No stress at work, really good and informed colleagues and some seniors too. The boss is very knowledgeable and a good person to work under early in your career.

Dislikes

Certain tasks never mentioned were just thrown onto us. Promises of hiring certain workforce for a task was just not spoken about again and instead expected us to do it. My senior was good to me but I have seen instances where my colleagues had complains about their seniors not being clear in their instructions, rude and clueless atbest. There was also a bonus mentioned for the quarter which was never even spoken about let alone handed out and also pulling of the cheapest trick to possibly see in your first job ever, they asked me have my last day on a friday instead of monday just so that they wouldn't have to pay me on the 2 day offs in between....Read More
