Nothing TL is worst talks very badly with agent specially with women and also salary is not provided if not well salary is put on hold, joing first day super bad offer letter was given after 5 days with new date first five days they have not paid, very bad.

Nothing is good about this stupid organization. Just avoid getting un this company. Management is trash. Hr hear are so dumb they don't have mind how to work. Work security and posh act are joke. Managers are chamcha of team lead. I mean lol your working here.

1. Huge amount of cost cutting 2. No hygiene. 3. No proper guidelines about holidays. If you are working for US client forget getting US off since you work for an Indian company and its vice versa. 4. The leaves here are awful. They'll first take away your comp offs of you take leaves and then casual leaves and so on. 5. The people are great and environment with colleagues is amazing. The TL's and SME's are also cool

Too strict and too many restrictions all for no good enough reason. ("client rules") Salary is horrendous as per market standards. Growth opportunities are very vague. Swapping out national holidays for common weekoffs Barely any incentives

Until you are part of it you don't get proper support from the management, and once you resign and wants to followup for your FnF and documents like experience letter and reliving letter they are least bothered to reply. If by any chance you get a reply that will be rude, as if we are begging and asking them to do out of box. I would suggest anyone to join Foundever.
