Well to be honest, as far as the environment is concerned, Sitel have got a very good environment. Coming to the main subject which is career growth and salary increment, you have to forget about the increment and yearly bonus because there is nothing as such here. It's a good company for the freshers who doesn't mind much if the salary is not increased as it's not gonna get increased easily.

Once the foundever took over the company is useless, no work management, they stress the agents so much with a lot of work pressure and the salary is low don't want to talk about increment, they just hiked literally 500 rs😂😂, anyone who is looking to join foundever be prepared to leave earth soon.
