The good thing is that they do not shy on spending money on employees. You'll have multiple team party funds provided in a same year, diwali gifts, snack parties in the office every month and much more.

Just like other call centers, there's favoritism problem that affects promotion and growth of deserving employees. Some people in the management have autonomy in the process making it difficult for people to raise their voice if something wrong is happening. Their amazon process is worst, the management gave lot of pressure to their employees in terms of and terminate them frequently, there is no work ethics and the politics they do is the biggest challenge. No one can survive in this type of atmosphere if the management is not supportive. The main dislike is their Tl, manager,Hr. They all have good relations and that's why they do politics. Even HrShrutika, Praveen tomar, nitish valicha, these persons are the worst persons in this organisation.They all are biggest*chamcha*.if any agent is facing any issue with operation they don't provide any resolution even they will start pressuring you to leave this job. The work environment of Telus is so so amazing it's being more than 1 year I am working with Telus the environment and collogue are like family. Working here is like fun even on ever Friday or festivals Telus do organise many things to participate and get abundance of pleasure ❤️ and enjoying the days of festivals is like actually festival

Managers will keep changing your project , irrespective of your domain. I am hired as automation test engineer. Initially they introduced me into manual by saying first you will have to learn the about the manual working of the project. It took me 3 months to move into automation again after running behind them . After 6 months of automation they again moved me into manual by saying we will eventually move you into automation but first you will have to learn about the manual functioning...Read More

Work environment is good , No pressure of work. I mean a little bit of pressure is everywhere but you get help of your colleagues and manager . For lower post like TMs, it's good place to work.

Dislikes

For higher posts like TLs , it's not good, lot of partiality and favoritism happening in this organisation. OMs support their favorite TLs and TMs only. Use bad language, inappropriate behavior is being followed by them and their favorites. Even after so many complaints on director level, no action being taken and that's why attrition rate is around 135% there. HRs are influenced by Ops completely. They will keep those who they want to keep because they doing some favors to them in terms of personal things. If you're partying with them on weekends, then they will do some favor for you or else you are not in their good books, no one at any level will take any action against this behavior. Lot of TLs and TMs have resigned just because of this favoritism....Read More

Salary, Benefits are amazing if you get a right superior. Telus don't care how an agent gets treated by his/her superiors if you don't cooperating with superior they will just keep a grudge against you. Otherwise salary and work was amazing I never wanted to lear Telus

Superiors like team leaders are pathetic they always keep a grudge If you are not following each and everything what he says.

They don't have any management system. In operations there are only 1 manager and in HR there is only 1 HR which are whole and sole of the organisation and they behave like dictators and team leaders in this organisation are useless and don't have any value in front of the managers and cannot back you up ever. They are employees with no backbones.

The way they never listen to Employees . Getting a leave is not easy . First I thought everything was good. But they can fire without warning and don't give Experience Letters also. Beware

Great company if you are looking for promotion If anyone works passionately will definitely great promotion in few months..

Nothing is bad.. but you have to maintain your performance in your monthly report, monthly KPIs should be achieved unless be ready to face the PIP, unplanned leaves are not entertain here so it's always better to plan and take leave... Sick is exceptional
