When the entire world is in grip of pandemic COVID-19 and people were fired from the organisation but i felt most secure in Xavient and still i am part of Xavient.

Dislikes

There is not anything that made me fear in Xavient but a little thing which was very problematic to me and i got a little bit nervous that desktop was assigned me instead of laptop due to this I could not go to my home town. But this was completely tolerable to me.

I am working as a senior software engineer and during the lock-down i worked in Charter project as a automation tester.

Good company if you are not joining as a fresher, for experience guys they provide above market compensation and having good on-site opportunity

Dislikes

Very poor middle management, old guys are not changing their approach (man management) which is causing poor work life balance and dissatisfaction among peers
