After deep analysis, Teleperformance was waste of time in my career and it was a mistake joining. Terrible management working around nepotism and targeting specific agent as they deem fit.

Dislikes

Pretty much everything apart from colleagues. They hire freshers so it's a college like environment which the management miserably uses to their benefit.

No proper system, there should be a structure to support your employees. We have no benefits even in this COVID-19 situation and Salary we are getting it after 1st in COVID-19 situation. Need to change this at least try to give some company benefits.
