As per my experience I didn't get any help from this organization in this covid-19 situation I didn't get my salary and also rightnow I'm not working because of these kind of behavior from this organization. Before lockdown I had a really great experience but in this critical situation I came to know that no one here to help us.

Management of teleperformace are fake they shows many things but they do nothing and I didn't get any helping environment.

It's one of the best company to work at its been 4 years with TP so far amazing journey & many more to come.

Dislikes

Work environment is excellent with world class amenities however appraisal policy is not quite good but one can get good hike here as far as growth is concerned we have ample opportunities but one have to put lot of efforts to grab one.
