The management is not really good and they provide promotion only as per your salary or if you are extremely good the management. If your salary is low than high chances that you will get a promotion but if you are not selected than obviously the management will blame you for that. So need to be cautious. I had to leave the organization because of this humiliation. Above that the security is worse and they will treat you like you are a terrorist....Read More
