Starting salary is amazing depend's on which process you get into, great incentive plans, growth (anyone can be Quality, Team Leader, WFM after having some experience). Sometimes there used to be work load, but overall experience was awesome, very good company.

There is nothing to like here.. toxic work culture, always keeping everyone at gunpoint, no leeway for mistakes..

Dislikes

Seniors talk like we are slum.. always using cuss words even for female employees.. just think how they would talk to the male ones.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
