Management in TELEPERFORMANCE sucks, Dumb Idiots are filled in this company Please, they Asholes Have not payed me for one month please don't work in this company and waste you time and Energy

They Did not pay there Employees, I have Not been paid for one month and when I ask for it they say I'm looking and hr has blocked my number this what they do to their employees who loyal to company and They made us to fool customer of Flipkart by making them understand stand the policy and now the he of teleperformance tells me the policy and say We cannot pay you assoles

Stable job, rules and regulations, employee care department which actually cares employee.

Dislikes

Most of the things, their managers are horrible they think they are owner of the company. Even though shift timing is 9 hours but managers won't let you go they will ask you to extend the shift and you can't deny anything your manager says to you cause if you do then you are never getting promoted.
