There are several issues, like no one helps to avail ESIC benefits even after 1 year sending wrong documents with wrong details on it even after chasing for a year almost. 2nd as per Teleperformance policy there should be early incriminate but no sign of it. Very high pressure of work does not follow any ethics, ask employees to work as a slave

This is one those companies where you should only join as a fresher and get out as soon as possible. The higher management is the worst, utterly incompetent. And many a times you would be denied the mandatory salary hike after completion of a year giving absurd reasons and not following up on that.

Dislikes

All the things except giving opportunities to a fresher, Even the Systems they provide during WFH are useless (A Dabba). It hangs a lot and they expect you to work on the same system with the same efficiency as on a good working PC. Basically They are an unreasonable bunch of morons, and There will be many a times when your salary will be delayed for 15 days giving baseless reasons.

Work-life balance is completely missing. They ask you join meeting even on off days and always force employees to do OT everyday without paying extra incentive. Hierarchy will always demotivate you and ask you to leave the job if you cannot always obey them blindly.

I was working in indore location as i liked only one thing about this company is their boss attitude of management

I worked with teleperformance indore as it was a terrible experience i got in my career as no job security no training modules for new hires no work life balance as company just need their targets to be completed and no other excuse granted as for example health issues and other emergency no value of employees , i was working with US dialling process as i didn't even got any US holiday and not even indian holiday management need just need their business even it is coming through breaking company own policies for employees also recruitment assured me the one amount of salary at the time of joining as i didn't received the same always the payroll got new issues or technical glitches in the system and the salary received amount is lower than commitments...Read More
