Nothing, just can't quit at the moment due to salary and need for money. They hired us for non voice and after a 7 days training we were all moved to voice without even telling and ask us to leave if not interested, such a culture less company I have ever work, unethical, unprofessional what not.

Dislikes

Basically nothing, just that we have bills to pay that's why sticking,they always hired 100 of people and hired for data and get trained and suddenly they will say campaign is closed and forge people to move to voice process else qyit. Such an unethical, uncultured and unprofessional organisation.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
