Lots to learn if one have an aim to grow at some position

Dislikes

As compare to other companies teleaccess doesn't give the employee benefit e.g. for a salary one should have to mail then you will get it there is no sick leave incase of any emergency salary increasing percentage is too low for seniors..

I joined as a CSR but my aim is to get some position and i got it so i love my work what I m doing.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. The senior staffs are very friendly, the company doesn't make pressure on the first three months for targets and the best thing is that, the company does not fire any person for trivial reasons.

I saw lot of persons they are working in the company from Ten to Eleven years, but their salary is still 20k, and the company is giving promotion through IJP, but unofficially because not giving experience letter as per designation (Example - I'm working as a Team Leader but the clients doesn't know about me, and I'm still Agent [on paper])
