Very bad Situation I faced in TekSkill, No job security and no salary Structure properly maintained as per they mentioned in offer letter. My opinion don't join TekSkill as payment roll as well as client side joining.

Here work culture is good and very supportive. We are getting equal opportunities to grow in Carrier. Getting flexible work mode/time when required. Higher management is very supportive which helps to balance professional and personal life. Getting knowledge training's time to time.
