Very bad Situation I faced in TekSkill, No job security and no salary Structure properly maintained as per they mentioned in offer letter. My opinion don't join TekSkill as payment roll as well as client side joining.

Here work culture is good and very supportive. We are getting equal opportunities to grow in Carrier. Getting flexible work mode/time when required. Higher management is very supportive which helps to balance professional and personal life. Getting knowledge training's time to time.

Nothing. It is family owned and family operated company where in ni one has power to take a decision it's monarchy company all decisions are based on money ... It is only company in the world which snatches money from the employees instead paying them in time. Getting salary intime in Tekskills is a eighthwonder if the world.

What not ..starting from payment of salary in till leave policies and what else. I request naukri to provide more space here , the typing space will not be enough here as there is much to write. Worst Hr policies, no licenses in SAP and cybersecurity but still selling the service. Getting daily escas from the few existing clients...Know ln for worst staffing services... Learning and development is a dream here. No hirachey nothing. Better place to work certification is a high drama and they threaten employees and made them write the survey positive. There are many pathetic stories and many victims of the organisation... For a employee getting releaving letter is a next to impossible thing as HR will come up with many crock and Bull stories to penalise the employees who got better opportunities. And moreover when employee gets the relieving letter they will be peanolised on getting their full and final settlement which is a dream come true for the employee who were there. I request people not to spoil their career by joining in such type of organisations where everything is managed by one person and the rest of all or dummy guys. Designations are not valid it all depends on CEO decisions. Clients are very humiliated here , for sure when I client spend some time by giving some project will never come back here in their lifetime. Hard and seen many situations people who are not even related with IT like Swamiji and cine actors usually walk in have confidential meetings the CEO of the company frequently travels from India to America with out any reason.. spending more money on travel but not a single rupee on employee well being. It is not a big suprise when people are forced to work on May day as well. Leave balance is never shared with employees. One should see the level of communication of the HR department many people are frim telugu medium background and now they are still in learning. Many more on hr sept but don't know how to express.. At Tekskills work environment is excellent , colleagues & management are very supportive . Good scope to learn new skills & grow in career. I enjoy my work place's collaborative environment . My company genuinely care for their employees .

Nothing as such to dislike about Tekskills . Suggestion : Already in Tekskills their is scope to learn new skills , but if training & skills development part will be more , then it will be more useful to employees.
