I have a total of 10 years of experience, and the past two years at Technofocus have been the most enriching and rewarding phase of my career. I am truly grateful for the opportunity to be part of an organization that not only values talent but also nurtures growth and learning. Technofocus stands out for its incredible leadership. The Directors are not only experts in their domains but also approachable, supportive, and deeply invested in the professional and personal development of their employees. One of the biggest strengths is with new projects comings in regularly, employees have continuous opportunities to expand their technical expertise, take on challenging assignments, and enhance their skills. The company fosters a culture of equal opportunity, where every individual is encouraged to step up, take ownership, and grow at their own pace. Beyond professional growth, Technofocus ensure that employees feel recognized and rewarded for their hard work. The company offers competitive salaries and attractive bonuses that serve as strong motivators. This is a great place to work because of its people-centric approach. The company understands the challenges employees may face and provides flexible policies to support them during difficult times. The team members and leadership are always ready to extend a helping hand. Overall, Technofocus is an excellent organization for those who are passionate about technology, eager to learn, and committed to excellence. It provides a dynamic and empowering environment that allows employees to thrive, making it an ideal place for professionals looking to build a strong and fulfilling career....Read More

Red Flagging the company is important for the design community who might want to apply.
I will take the time to list out a clear picture of why designers should avoid this company even though they may feel remote working is a huge perk (like me) and compromise to work in an unknown company as this one. INTRUSIVE INTERVIEW - The HR and Director (both women) asked if I am single or married. (Are they looking to hire husbands as well?) - They insisted on asking who live with me in the house, justified it by saying they want to know if I have a suitable space for remote work. Why not just ask if I have compatible remote work environment at home? Here's also what they won't tell you: After you're hired, they will let u go without any former warning or intimation, locking you out of the system with zero HR process and clarity. The HR team is highly incompetent, leaving you in the dark. SHADY POLICIES - They ask you if your are ok with installing a software called Hubstaff - an employee time tracker - on your personal laptop. The software takes screenshots of your personal laptop every few seconds. They sounded very shady because they asked me if I'm sure I'm okay with installing Hubstaff 3-4 times. - I asked if I could opt for a company laptop since my personal laptop was not in top condition. They assured me that after 45 days of employment, I would be eligible to apply for a company laptop. Here's what they won't tell you: 1. Every 5 minutes the Hubstaff tracker goes on IDLE mode if you don't click. This is a form of extreme micromanagement which is harmful to mental health. 2. The company gives you the option of PURCHASING a laptop after 45 days and over a period of ONE YEAR they will pay EMIs and complete the payment. If they decide to randomly terminate you, you're stuck with your EMIs to be filled on your own. PEOPLE WORK IN THE DARK LIKE BLIND MICE - My first day of work, I spoke to the existing designer and she was shocked I had joined because she was told the company is not expanding their design team. This automatically leads to insecurity from the existing designer who is now wondering whether their job is on the line, are they getting replaced? - Due to my sudden entry, I had to slowly work my way into gaining her trust and making sure she understood that I come with experience as she was highly defensive in her communication. WEIRD WORK ENVIRONMENT - They have a "stand up" call every single morning scheduled at 10.30 am and your calendar will reflect it as a 30 min call. In reality the call lasts anywhere between 1hr to 2.5 hrs, eating into your deliverable time. Here's also what they also won't tell you: 1. The stand up call is a five day AIB ROAST by the lady Director where all the team members are made to turn on camera (or are shamed till they do it) and are insulted regardless of their age, seniority or expertise. It is a one-way monologue where you are not given the space or power to justify or support your work and deliverables. The meeting leaves you demotivated, insulted and confused every single day. 2. If you can't join this life-sucking "Stand up" call, you will be marked has half a day absent. 3. They have a core team member who moonlights as an HR personnel as well. So INCASE you have the bad luck of working with her and maybe having a difference of opinion in a project collaboration, you could potentially piss her off and risk your longevity in the company. She is quick to tattle tale to the HR team about her issues with you - in my case, my slow personal laptop which I couldn't do anything about. MORONIC HR TEAM - The HR has NO clue about company policies - starting from laptop policy right up to exit formality and process. - The HR went as far as arguing with me about a certain Diwali bonus that was given to everyone, inspite of me having shared an actual aticlearly I was eligible. - During my fictional exit "process" she was highly reluctant in sending me an email. Instead she wanted me to be happy with her vague steps over an incohesive verbal conversation on teams call. - The HR had annoyed me so much with her lack of information while I was being let go off that I stopped being polite and giving her a piece of mind. She then cooly asked me to not "jump the gun" and that she will keep me informed. The next thing I know, I was locked out of the company system. Parting words: - Remote work is tempting, but this company makes sure you wished going to office instead of dealing with a bunch of unethical people. - Mental health is deprioritised. - You end up doing below mediocre work due to the lack of vision and power given to you....Read More

The directors need to understand that they are not the only one in this world who run a company They are both disgusting and inhuman. Cannot talk to people nicely, are extremely ill mannered, refuse to give experience letters to their employees when they leave

The management gives you flex and great opportunities to showcase , learn and grow. Team mates are excellent and great to work with.
Sadly I do not have anything that I dislike about my organisation :)
I work from my home office and my managers are very understanding and supportive. They know who is capable of doing what and I am looking forward to many more years learning.
