Company overall is ok for support staff for job security but for not good if you want growth in your Carrier. No appraisal, No promotion , .You will feel that you have stucked at one place .

No appraisal No growth No promotion Not good if you have excellent skills in your domain and want to grow in your career or earn good salary. No proper hierarchy As a HR I was working on Sunday as well .

Salary is the worst part not receive on time Incentives not receive on time There will be no notification for ur process change Like u don’t have choose to do it or liv it.. totally depends upon there decision Comfort of work being is worst

Your shoes will get worn out running for salary but they will not release the salary.i am still working here ,These people have been postponing their salaries for the past 10 days.10 People are talking about all kinds of things, even though they don't have any updates.

Only work and behaviour of all the hr is very good.

Whenever you will leave the company they will not approve your resignation and hold your last incentive. They never promote their employees. Some of people worked there for more than 5 years and they are hiring team leader from outside. Always keeps reducing manpower and increasing the work pressure moreover quality do not let anyone to get the 100% incentive.

Worst company to join can't provide salary incentive on time more there was new policy whenever u resigned from company they never accept your resignation and before accepting they terminate you illegally on notice period and provide you nothing then work culture is there illiterate and Gunda culprit people work there normal and decent people can't work there
