There is no proper appraisal system in place, and yearly performance ratings are not being provided according to performance. The knowledge of Deputy Managers regarding the process is not being evaluated. HR is not acting as a neutral party; instead, they seem to favor the Managers. HR does not respond to the agents' concerns and often ignores them.

Management is all toxic, all promotions happens through references of higher authorities who are in different L.O.B within the company. Poor work culture. Have high attrition and ignores tenured employees. Here, performance doesn't guarantee growth, it is only given to boot-kickers. Offers low salary and standards too. The company premise was nice. Also the salary and the incentive plan was good.

The work culture was very worst over there, lots of negativity lots of open politics. HR was not helpful they were also with the managers over there.

To be very honest nothing is structured in this organisation Starting from basic attendance to other major issue you will be treated like you are in SBI bank during lunch hour. When It come to appraisal the percentage is like way to less when we compare to the standard market rate.
