My experience has been highly disappointment . They Give lot of work pressure and affect phyiscal and mental health. They will not pay salary also as will make excuses to release. Evn if Give will give ver very few and frame you wrongly. They will make false stories and out in lot of tr ouble. You will waste your money, time , energy and resoyrces. They will change their statements and will make group to make you wrong. They will got to any extent This is complete waste organization. This company is nothing but a place where you give you your 200%... And they don't even pay your salary. Poor management, poor hr policy, arrogant founders, Shameless people. Think before joining the company.

At TechCurators, I faced a range of problems that made my internship experience incredibly disappointing and frustrating. The company's lack of communication and disregard for interns' well-being were evident from the start. The project I was initially assigned to was unexpectedly put on hold, leaving me sidelined and ignored for a p rolonged period of two months. Despite my eagerness to contribute, I was consistently left without any meaningful tasks or responsibilities, hindering my professional growth and wasting my time and skills. One of the major issues I encountered was the broken promise of a stipend payment. As an intern, I was assured a stipend of Rs. 25,000, which was meant to support me during my internship. However, to my dismay, I did not receive a single rupee throughout my entire tenure. This financial burden placed undue stress on me and left me questioning the company's integrity. <mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;"> Furthermore, when I was finally assigned to an alternative project, the compensation I was promised per problem was significantly reduced</mark>. The initial offer of Rs. 250 per problem was unilaterally decreased to a mere Rs. 60 per problem, which was a blatant breach of trust and a direct insult to my dedication and hard work. The overall work culture at TechCurators was toxic and lacked respect for employees. The dismissive attitude, lack of empathy, and constant manipulation of compensation demonstrated a clear disregard for the interns' well-being and professional development. Advice to Management: I urge the management at TechCurators to take immediate action to rectify the issues that plague the organization. It is essential to prioritize effective communication and transparency with interns, ensuring they are kept informed and involved in meaningful work. Honoring commitments regarding stipend payments and fair compensation is crucial for building trust and maintaining integrity. Additionally, avoiding sudden project holds without proper task allocation and fostering a supportive work culture that values employees' growth and well-being will contribute to a more positive and equitable environment. It is vital for the management to take feedback and concerns of interns seriously. Promptly addressing these issues and implementing necessary changes will not only improve the experience for future interns but also help establish TechCurators as an ethical and respectable organization. My experience at TechCurators has left me deeply disappointed and frustrated.
