I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. This list is huge but as I have to keep it small and specified hence I am highlighting some incidents what I came accross. 1. No proper training. 2. No colleagues support in case of learning. 3. Existing coworker's rude behaviour. 4. Toxic work culture. 5. Very unprofessional behaviour towards new joinee. SCM is one of the process which is leading by Mumbai office and that process is pathetic just pathetic. Above mentioned points are dedicated to this process only. If anyone wants to join onprocesstechnology then i would request please don't and if it is for Mumbai SCM process then surely it will become hell journey.
