1. No increment at all (I'm here for more than 2.5 years still I get the response, increment is in progress, please wait) 2. Worst HR you will ever see, no response even if you ask for your appointment letter and salary statement 3. Salary can be delayed any month with no reason (I once got salary on 15th of the month, many times after 10th)

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
