There are different nodes in TCPL, In TDE node favouritism is a problem, too much false pressure, no sales operation no planning no strategies, too many client escalations. Blame Game is the primary reason for the node TDE not doing good business. The structure overall is weak and the director Jatin is self absorbed and has no clue.He is too aggressive but the aggression is not directed in the right path but on silly things. The Nodel heads are nothing but elements to favouritism. Everything bad that happens the blame is put on to junior level candidates i.e CCs, BDMs & ISRs. The screening of candidates for placements is not done properly later on client rejects and the candidates are asked to leave. The entire team is situated in North people who work in other regions are left off in between. The targets aren’t marginalised evenly, for example a person earning 10 LPA will have similar target for a person earning 18LPA. This review is only for Team Digital Engineering, from broader perspective the company is on the verge of growth, the MD is ethical & visionary. The learning & development team is doing great job.
