Salary is very low if you have never switched the company. No value for loyal employees. 5 days wfo has been started whereas other companies are atleast in hybrid model. Culture and policies of the company is not that good.

Mostly you will end up loosing your technical skills and absolutely there will be no growth in terms of Financial. If your package is less than market standards then they will make you become more down. Job satisfaction will be nill as majority of the things will not be in favour of employees

For my I am working for BFSI project and it is good. My manager's are really cool so I don't have any problem with work.

Salary hike and appraisal. TCS do not allowing WFH at all. In emergency they will think about it and then give. Taking vacation is tough here.

Management use ninja technique to fool associates. Whatever is your concern they will say we are working on it and will delay until you quit or stop asking about the concern. Will waste your time, which can range from 6 months to 5 years.
