Supporting senior level and above due to maintain the bossissm on junior level. Bucketing for higher managers for promotion and other benifits, while leaving the company the employees used to give feedback but HR team won't consider instead support with respective team managers only. EY Interview

Hi folks, I have an interview with EY, and the feedback was positive, but it's been 10 days, no proper update, I see BGV investigation is in progress in the portal. Anyone here let me know what will be the procedure, Hr called me on the same day & checked on the salary & notice period part. After 1 week - status changed to BGV investigation in progress. Will they directly release the offer after bgv done & and approx how much time it will take. Please help , as I'm eagerly waiting, pls help if anyone is aware. Thanks in advance
