Wide gambit of learning and the opportunity to interact globally and work within varied domains. Flexibility in work schedules and the fact that we have 3 days WFH per week.

Dislikes

There is a lot of emphasis on social gathering which may not go well for all people. This means that if you are not socially active, you're work is less visible even though you may be an outstanding contributor.

It's a great company to work on. Especially the FAPA team. It's has a good transparency in terms of work and everything

The hike from senior to AM is not considered a promotion which is heart breaking because you don't get the values increment. And even getting the top 2 rating your increment is still average

EY GDS is a good pay master. Work culture is good but at the end it all depends upon team. Great learning opportunities. Off lately they are into lot of automation. They groom people very well.

Dislikes

When they hire senior managers & above from other teams, they pollute the culture. It's become very hierarchical & bossy. Leaves are not granted, work life balance is non existing. Buttering culture has peeped in. All holidays, including Holi & Diwali are optional. In short, all good things that EY stands for has gone. PS - be careful if you get call from EYC RVS team
