They are providing all possible support to employees other than growth. Job security is excellent plus med8cal support in pandemic and easing work from home rules.

Dislikes

Growth is slow and also for employees who dont have infrastructure at home to work. They shouls either reimburse rent and other expenses or allow them to work from nearest TCS branch.
