I was with TCS for 3.6 yrs, work culture is very good, and it depends upon project and manager as well, a individual can enhance his skills with various technologies..with IJP process, onsite opportunities nowdays is less..in comparison to past days..salary hike is less, if any one looking for full time settlement..then they should join with TCS.

My experience with TCS was good. During my initial days I was in support project so i faced some difficulties.By doing NS,wknd shift, after that I got some good project and I enhanced some skills.Overall I would say TCS has made me a good professional.

Need to increase annual appraisal percent and in project they keep pending the promotions due to this many employees dissatisfied and left the organisation
