Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supprtive nd management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade alokg with big libraries from where you can gain more knowledge. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give bonus every year. They have a good initiative over CSR.

Salary is decent but promotion and career growth is slow.

The job is quite interesting. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that help me get a taste of different roles within the same job description.
